Recruiting and selecting talent for your nonprofit organization is critical to building a high performance team. However, job candidates are often very savvy about how to present themselves and answer interview questions. How do you screen through the packaging and identify candidates of real substance? During this session, we’ll discuss how to review resumes, job applications and cover letters in screening job applicants; how to develop interview questions and how to orchestrate interview sessions (including identifying the best interview team) in order to ensure a successful selection process. Designed for beginning to advanced nonprofit leadership.
