Campaign Field Strategy 101 is an intensive course in campaign field work designed for women running for office or women pursuing a career as a campaign field director/organizers. This class is also idea for those engaged in grassroots organizing.
The course curriculum will cover the "on-the-ground" organizing necessary to contact voters through canvassing, phone calls and local events. The course will then demonstrate how to create a voter file, set up "store-front" campaign office, stage locations for canvassing, set up phone banks and organize volunteers. The roles of the field organizer, volunteer coordinator and GOTV coordinator will also be defined.
