Rock ‘n Aspire is a grassroots fundraiser created by the wife of a young police officer in Cincinnati, Ohio, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis right before their wedding. Fans of music, the couple decided to plan a concert to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The 1st annual Rock ‘n Aspire concert took place in 2010, and the event has successfully raised more than $15,000 to date.

“After my husband was diagnosed with MS in 2008, just weeks before our wedding, I developed a passion for creating a world free of MS. There are so many people in Cincinnati affected by MS, and this concert helps fund the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.” said Simcha Kackley, founder and host of Rock ‘n Aspire. 

“The MS Society has been a positive influence in not only the community programming and everyday lives of people living with MS but also a driving force for research. As a neuroscience PhD candidate at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, I see the impact that the MS Society has in the research field through their many grants. Our goal is to cure MS and we are making progress!” said Haley Titus-Mitchell, Rock ’n Aspire committee member and daughter of MS patient.

This year’s concert will be bigger and better than ever with four great bands, appetizers, a cash bar including a Signature MS Drink, AND over $5,000 in raffles all night long!
