Neural mobilization is a form of manual therapy that has been linked with beneficial clinical outcomes for patients with certain musculoskeletal pain conditions. The overall intent of this course is to provide clinicians with insight relevant to: 1) standardization and interpretation of testing procedures; 2) administering and assessing response to neural mobilization interventions; and 3) determining which patients may benefit from neurodynamic assessment and subsequent neural mobilization interventions.
At the end of this course attendees will be able to…
• Perform and interpret findings from select standardized tests
• Perform and assess patient response to select neural mobilization interventions
• Identify patients with musculoskeletal pain that may benefit from assessment and neural mobilization interventions
