Siggi Hilmarsson is the founder and CEO of the Icelandic Milk & Skyr Corporation, better know as siggi's yogurt. Morten Sohlberg, Chef, Farmer & Owner of Smörgås Chef Restaurant Group
Morten Sohlberg opened his first Smörgås Chef restaurant featuring Nordic cuisine in New York City in 2003. He has since grown his restaurant group into a multi-unit operation with 6 locations in New York City and New Jersey, which includes 3 Smörgås Chef restaurants and 3 Crepes Du Nord creperies. Morten Sohlberg is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse professional backgrounds that span fine cuisine, design, finance, business administration and education.  

Johan Lidén, Principal of Industrial Design & Co-Founder of aruliden
Johan Lidén is the Principal of Industrial Design and Co-Founder of aruliden, the award-winning brand strategy and product design consultancy. After 20 years of experience within industrial design, including global clients such as Microsoft, Estee Lauder and Nike, Johan Lidén established the firm together with Rinat Aruh in 2006 to bridge the gap between design and marketing. His work has been recognized in several competitions, museums and press worldwide. 

Moderator: Peter I. Pernebo, Principal & Co-Founder of Vistrada
Peter I. Pernebo is the Principal and Co-Founder of Vistrada, a New York based management and strategy consulting firm. He started his career working for Andersen Consulting in Sweden and the U.S., and in the early 2000's he headed up several eCommerce and dot.com projects. In 2010 Mr. Pernebo started Vistrada, and is today part of the management team and responsible for developing new client offerings and the corporate growth strategy.
