Workshop participants must commit to attend all four sessions as each session has information that is dependent on the previous session. Upon completion of all four sessions (total of 24 hours), paricipants will receive a certificate of completion.
Only 14 participants are accepted into this unique learning opportunity as our experience has shown that small class size provides the optimal learning environment. Participants will not only be presented with the most current and emerging information that relates to the volunteer sector but also are given many opportunities for interactive learning. Past participants have noted that the course is an excellent opportunity to develop professional relationships that will support and connect them following this rich learning experience.

Cancelation policy
While Volunteer Edmonton strives to ensure there are no disruptions in our training, there may be occasions where issues arise that are beyond our control. We are committed to notifying you within 72 hours of any training changes. In the case where training is rescheduled this will be done as soon as possible and participants have the option of transferring to the rescheduled training or a refund will be issued. A minimum of 6 participants is required to run any of the VMC training modules.
