Kansai Style Bowl - Features a bowl of rice with a "Chefs" choice of toppings. We'll mix some protein with vegetables.
Avocado Hand Roll - Nori Seaweed is the vehicle for avocados and a few make a great meal.
Hosomaki - A traditional thin roll with usually a single ingredient and seaweed on the outside.
