Join us for a 3 week series on Tuesday nights for women in the last trimester of pregnancy and their partners. This Lamaze based class includes  information on anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and birth,  labor and delivery,  breathing and relaxation, comfort techniques, role of the support person, postpartum and newborn procedures and medications in labor.  Our series class also includes a tour of The Baby Place. 

All instructors are certified childbirth educators.

You must register for this class and the $110 fee allows you  and your partner the opportunity to attend a Baby Care, Breastfeeding and Anesthesia class free of charge (classes scheduled on seperate evenings and require pre-registration).  

The Baby Care, Anesthesia and Breastfeeding classes can be registered for on the Celebration Baby Place registration site by choosing the Childbirth Series/Blitz Attendee ticket option.  Please register for these classes as soon as possible as our classes fill quickly.

Lamaze classes should be started when you are about 30 weeks pregnant.

Location: Mangrove Conference Room, 1st floor across from Fitness Center

Time:  6:30-9pm  * Please note: this class runs for three consecutive weeks

What to bring: 2 pillows, a blanket,  towel or yoga mat for floor exercises, and snack/drinks.  Since the class is geared for adults we ask that you make other arrangements for your children, as we do not offer childcare.
