Midwestern Holiday Party!!
Happy Holidays! Seasons Greetings! Merry Christmakah! And Festivus for the Rest of Us!
No matter how you say it, we're in the midst of that awesome time of the year where we shop till we drop, dash through the snow (if you have time to drive to Big Bear), and exchange business cards with old friends and new. Its time for the annual NUEA Holiday Party and Mixer with Columbia College, University of Wisconsin, and University of Michigan. We'll be partying it down on Wednesday December 12th from 7pm to 11pm.
You thought last two years were nice so we decided to do it Thrice! All the way from Chicago (by way of Bueno Park, CA) we're having a Midwestern Favorite, Faygo Pop, Coney Island Greek Salad and Portillo's Italian Beef! (we'll have plenty of other food and deserts too including some homemade Tami's Treats).
We'll also have an opportunity for you to do your good deed for the year. You can spread some holiday cheer to those less fortunate and bring an unwrapped toy, book, or other present for a child at the Los Angeles Children's Hospital.

Holiday Party and Toy drive. Portillo's Beef, Veggie Platters, Other Appetizers, Deserts. Beer, wine, soft drinks (including Faygo Pop).

The nearest cross streets are Culver and Overland. The venue is 1.5 blocks west of Overland Ave. There is plenty of parking in the lot in front of the building.

Because you want to brag to all your new friends from the JHRTS Holiday Party that you had REAL Italian Beef from Chicago. Oh and you want to celebrate another awesome year with your old friends and fellow alums.

Also, if you are interested in being a volunteer (serving drinks, setting up, cleaning up, checking people in, having an excuse to talk to everyone) let us know! It's a great way to get involved in the UMEC-LA and you're already going to be at the Holiday Party!
