Monthly Event - Second Tuesday of every month: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (PST)
Each year begins with the promise to get healthier and lose weight. The basic components of doing so are eating properly and exercising more. If you take care of the exercise part, we'll help you eat properly.
Our Healthy Cooking series is based on recipes that are inspiring to both your palate and weight goals. Classes will be the first and third Tuesday of each month.
Our first class focuses in on simple recipes based on mostly plants and smaller portions of lean protein
Quinoa Stuffed Portobellos with Sun Dried Tomatoes
Grilled Romaine Salad with Pears and Toasted Nuts
Butternut Squash Soup with Coconut Milk
Poached Salmon with Roasted Carrot Ginger Puree
Baked Apples with Oatmeal Crumble
Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 2 hours. Cost is $65 per session or a series of 4 classes for $200.
