CRÊPES: A FRENCH TRADITION
Hands-On with Our Cooking School Staff
Sunday, January 13, 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Learn the foundations of this French classic. We’ll prepare the batter, practice making and flipping crêpes, and fill them with a variety of savory fillings including fresh herbs, vegetables and cheeses. Then we’ll work on dessert, topping crépes with fresh fruit, Nutella® and fresh whipped cream. Bon appétit! $45
