“Reaching and Then Teaching Millennials”: Best Practices for Closing the Generational Gap is a workshop that will go beyond defining Millennials. We will explore the selected vistas through which Millennials view and navigate society. We will also discuss interpersonal communication skills that disarm Millennials and invite them to be themselves while transitioning into young professionals.  Finally, we will discuss current best practices for teaching Millennials in our classrooms.
