Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, your registration is transferrable up to one week prior to the seminar.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We will plan to have registration kiosks available for registration. However, please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you in the event that your registration is not properly updated within the Eventbrite system.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend, you will receive a refund for the entire amount minus a 10% processing fee up to 2 weeks prior to the seminar. Any cancellation within 2 weeks of the event are not refundable. You can request that a credit be held for future seminars sponsored by PMI.
