The problem is simple. People routinely receive large amounts of action items through their e-mail, making their e-mail a sort of de facto todo list. Yet it's a disastrously BAD todo list. There's no easy way to group together, prioritize them, add notes to them, rewrite unhelpful subject lines, etc. As a result, some people spend massive amounts of time trying to figure out what to do with their e-mails.
MailToTask aims to change all that by providing a way to convert your e-mails into useful, well defined action items as quickly as possible, but it's only part of the way there. I'm looking for feedback of all kinds, including what products people currently use to manage their e-mails and daily agenda items (todo lists), what are the shortcomings of what's out there, what attendees of this lab think of my approach, how best to validate the product, potential markets to approach with the concept, potential challenges that I might encounter, etc.
