The March 15th program will feature two presentations. CE are pending approval
The first topic: "Social Security -- What it is Today and What the Future Holds" will be presented by Ron Dudik. Ron's presentation will cover receingt changes in Social Security; FICA tax thresholds, earnings limits for retirees and new age requirements. He will also discuss Online Services which will include retirement planning and filing applications via the Internet.
Medicare and its' eligibility requirements will also be covered. Prescription drug coverage and higher costs for Medicare Part B premiums will be discussed.
Rond Dudik has been with Social Security since 1973. He began his career as a claims representative in the Downtown Cleveland Social Security office and then was a field representative for 27 years in Western Cuyahoga County. In 2005, he became the Public Affairs Specialist for Western Cuyahoga County.
Our second topic "Succession Planning for Clients: Where It All Starts" will be presented by Neil R. Waxman. Neil will address:
1.) Business Succession Statistics
2.) 36 Critical Questions for a Family Enterprise
3.) The Six Ingredients of Successful Planning
4.) Components of Succession Planning
Neil has been recognized nationally as a leader in the financial services industry. He has 23 years of experience as an advisor, coordinator, and catalyst for some of the region’s largest private corporations and their owners.

Neil's practice focuses on, but is not limited to, wealth management and the various tools and techniques utilized in that process, including business succession and corporate transaction strategies.
Neil is a regular speaker in the aforementioned areas, and has recently conducted advanced sessions on business succession planning for the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and The Society for Financial Service Professionals.
