Meet Cookbook Collaborators, Author Kate Winslow & Photographer Guy Ambrosino!
Kate & Guy bring their collective cooking spirit to Market District where they’ll showcase Coming Home to Sicily, a memoir Kate co-authored with Chef Fabrizia Lanza, which bursts with Guy’s photos and features more than 125 recipes, and Whatever Happened to Sunday Dinner?, another fabulous cookbook they styled and photographed together. Come taste and see just how brilliant cooking can be!

Where: The Concierge Desk at the Robinson Market District

When: Saturday, December 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.* 

What to bring: Please be sure to enter a valid email address when you register for your tickets. An automatic email will be sent to you, containing a ticket voucher. Please print the ticket voucher and bring it to the store to pick up your tickets.  

*You must pick up your ticket by 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, December 15 to maintain your space in line for the autograph session.

  • Tickets for this event reserve you a space in the autograph line.
  • Tickets are numbered in the order in which your registration was received.
  • We cannot guarantee an opportunity to receive an autograph, but will do everything we can to accommodate all customers.

Market District Robinson

Created to share food knowledge, trends, tips and techniques, our cooking school is a place where cooks of all levels can go to explore new food ideas. Our roomy kitchen, located on the second floor, permits students to both observe and practice hands-on cooking skills, learning how to make everything from teriyaki and tarts to pasta and pupusas.


Run by Chef Keira Hightower, the school offers a wide range of classes taught by Market District chefs, guest chefs and cookbook authors, and nutritionists. The school’s state-of-the-art facilities allow up to 18 students to watch demonstration classes and up to 12 to participate in hands-on courses.
