CBIC’s December CxO Roundtable will be held on December 8, 2009 from 8:30 to 10:30.  The CxO Roundtable is a forum designed to bring C-Level individuals from technology based companies together to discuss topics of interest.  The peer based forum is designed to share and stimulate ideas amongst Technology Executives.  The CxO Roundtable is only open to those individuals that hold a C-level position within a company that has a technology base.  The CxO Roundtable currently focuses in on this specific target group to keep the our topics and discussion focused.  All registrations will be reviewed and only those individuals that meet these requirements will be authorized to attend. 

 

Our topic for discussion will be developing creative incentive structures and hot to implement them effectively.  Our speaker is Michelle Braden, founder and CEO of MSBCoach and the Emerging Leader's Program. With a passion to develop leadership at all levels, she has been coaching and training for seventeen years. Michelle is an advanced certified human behavior consultant, certified business coach and facilitator of GET CLIENTS NOW! Her down to earth approach makes her easy to work with. She has a sharp business sense, ability to stretch, inspire and motivate leaders to accomplish their dreams. Michelle has a passion to develop authentic leaders at all levels and then partner with them to empower others. Michelle has successfully coached and trained: business owners, executives, non-profit organizations, teams, new managers and individuals in transition.  Michelle will provide a view into incentive structures, their effectiveness, and how to be creative in developing incentive structures within your organization.
