Event Details
Lou Alexander, a retired New Jersey teacher and current adjunct professor of education at Rutgers, Seton Hall and Fairleigh Dickinson University, will be at the library to lead a program on memoir writing and becoming a self-published author for senior citizens. Mr. Alexander will explore what memoir means, how he started his memoir, how to write a memoir, his inspirations and self-publishing. His talk will also focus on writing a memoir not necessarily for publishing, but as a form of recording family history that can be passed on to the next generation. Join us for this FREE and very unique program.
