How to Read Blueprints, presented by John Puckett, Lead Instructor from Building Industry Technology Academy.

John has been with this program since the inception 10 years ago.  He was voted OC 2007-2008 Teacher of the Year; has a General Contractor's License and has worked in the Residential, Commercial and Heavy Industry areas of construction.  He and his students have won the Design & Build competion the last 5 years.  One year he had 3 teams, 1 adult team, 1 boy team and 1 girl team and the girls won.  John is involved in other community projects like Project Playhouse, Habitat for Humanity, West Women's Association League and is a sponsor of the Christian Club at Katella High School.  The BITA was awarded the Golden Bell award by the State of California.
