This is a 2 hour seminar that covers the critical steps to organize and implement a youth mentoring program. In addition, you willl learn about the Elements of Effective Practice and the core components every mentoring program needs to be successful: program design, management, operations, and evaluation.
This training usually takes place from 2:00 - 4:00pm on the third Wednesday from August through June at our Charles Street office (this training is not offered in July and December).
