Special Event at Headquarters for Family & Friends of Applicants and Volunteers

Parents, friends and family of applicants, nominees and currently serving Volunteers are invited to a special family Peace Corps workshop designed to answer the questions and concerns of those whose loved ones are either currently serving, or considering serving, as Peace Corps Volunteers.

The discussion will cover topics such as safety and security, health, staying in contact, and how Volunteers evolve as a result of their Peace Corps experience. Parents and other family members of returned, currently serving, and future Volunteers are encouraged to attend and share their own stories, pose questions, and voice concerns.
