November 14, Saturday, 7:30pm-11:00pm Rock-Read’N’Feed a Benefit for The Cass Corridor Homeless & The Cass Methodist Food Bank at Alvin’s on the Avenue (formerly Alvin’s Bar) on The Wayne State Campus located at   Cass Corridor playwright & musician Bill Blank co-hosts with M.L. Liebler and present The Blue Effect, Aran “Baby” Ruth, Black Hat, M.L. Liebler & The High Strung, Bill Blank, The Automatic Mojo Band with special guests, Tuka & The Post Katrina Blues Band, folk guitartist Tim Green with Marge Prezzato & surprise guests from Detroit music and literary scene. Alvin’s Bar is located at 5756 Cass Avenue between Palmer and I-94 Overpass WSU Detroit, MI 48202. For more Info & Directions call (313) 638-6300.
