Event Details
Prima Festa presents a Homemade Pasta & Gnocchi making class on Sunday, April 15, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The class will be held at Events Etc, which is located at 814 E. Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA.
This is a hands-on,hands-in class where all students will learn how to make their own take-home Pasta and Gnocchi the Old World Way. Students will make their own pasta dough by hand, form it with a table-top hand-crank pasta machine, and then hang it to dry on a pasta drying rack.
Students will also make their own Gnocchi, which is a traditional Italiandish using potatoes, flour and eggs. Takeout containers will be provided for the student's take-home Pasta and Gnocchi. Printed recipes for Pasta, Gnocchi and traditional sauces will be provided.
A Pasta and Gnocchi buffet will follow the event.
The $59 registration fee includes expert instruction, student's own take-home Pasta and Gnocchi, printed recipes and a Pasta and Gnocchi buffet.
Instruction will be provided by Gary Macchioni from Prima Festa and additonal professionals from the Hershey area.
Class size is limited and registration is required prior to the event.
