This month our teacher Pat Reynolds is changing things up. Get ready to experience a Belly Dance fitness workout that is fun, exciting, and effective! This class combines Belly Dance and fitness moves focused on toning and sculpting the hips, thighs and lower body.
Native to North Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, Belly dancing can improve grace, balance, muscle tone and posture. No experience necessary for this class!
Note: HSS members participate in HSS seminars at their own risk. We encourage all attendees to be mindful of their physical limitations and safety during the class. Please consult with your doctor if you have questions about which type of exercise is best for you.
