Heavenly Essence Qigong is one of the most popular Qigong schools from China, known for promoting physical and emotional well-being.

This is a practice class with minimum lecture. All students should have no difficulty picking up the simple movements. The instructor’s role in such a case is to group every individual’s Qi field into a group energy. Practicing with a group thus enhances your energy level and has a special positive effect! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

This class will be taught by master Liping Julia Zhu or one of her senior students from the Qi Dragon School.
