Up On The Rooftops 2012

During Up On The Rooftops on Friday, December 7, you are invited to tour homes and businesses on the upper floors of the historic buildings of Downtown Holland, along with a few secret Downtown Holland gems! Tickets for this highly anticipated event are just $20 each and must be purchased in advance. There are a limited number of tickets available. 

This year's tour locations include the offices of Collective Idea above Butch's and Worksighted above Talbot's, along with Carolyn Stich Studio, Michigan T-Shirt Co., Moonlight Studios and On Pins & Needles, all businesses above Model Drug Store.  Other businesses include Dr. Bade's Office, Harbor Health, Impact Health, and Lakeshore Pilates above Claremont Court.  The residences on the tour include apartments in The Warm Friend, above Cotton Bay, and above the Windmill Restaurant.  Condos in Centennial Park Place and above Kilwin's are also included.

The $20 ticket price also includes a dessert reception in the beautiful lobby of Fifth Third Bank, where light desserts and beverages will be served.  When you purchase your tickets, you must select which reception you would plan to attend.  All locations on the tour will be open from 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm to accomodate all ticket holders. Reception times are as follows:

Early Reception: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Late Reception: 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Tickets are also be available for purchase at the Downtown Holland office at 44 West Ninth Street (corner of Ninth Street and River Avenue) during normal business hours beginning Monday, November 5. No phone or e-mail orders will be accepted.
