Should I bring anything?
You can bring any text you are working on (sound bites, monolog, song lyrics). Julia may also give you something to work on that will help you unlock your authenticity faster.
Is this acting class?
No, this is about learning to be vulnerable, reveal yourself and feel safe doing so in front of strangers. This is an important skill for anyone in the public eye (as well as for actors and performers). With video being everywhere now, this skill helps you be your best whenever you are being filmed or vloging.
