The most successful people in the world are able to make genuine connections with different types of people, both at work and in their personal lives. We can all think of someone we know who can comfortably walk into any situation, put others at ease, connect, have fun and enjoy themselves. Imagine feeling that comfortable just by being yourself. But what exactly does "be yourself" mean? In this workshop, we will teach you concrete skills from research on social and emotional intelligence to enable you to connect and build trust and rapport with anyone. From making new friends and attracting a partner, to deepening current bonds and thriving at work, you will learn ways to be your optimal self and make authentic connections in any situation.

Led by Megan Kaden, Lead Social  Fluency Instructor, who holds a  doctorate in clinical psychology from  the California Institute of Integral  Studies in San Francisco and dual  bachelor’s degrees in clinical  psychology and studio art from Smith  College. The scope of her training  encompasses both Eastern and  Western philosophy. Megan has  travelled extensively around the world  and is also a certified CrossFit coach.  By combining her dual passion for  physical fitness paired with emotional  and psychological wellness, Megan  helps her students achieve holistic  health.

She serves as the head women’s  instructor for Social Fluency’s @Play  program and has more than 10 years of experience as a relationship coach.
