Porco e Vino - A PopUp Wine Dinner Featuring Italian Wine

Roux Wine is partnering with Jay Ducote to bring you another Pop Up Wine Dinner! This time we go to Italy for the wines, and Jay will create dishes that are Italian-inspired but feature local Louisiana ingredients. Our full menu will be posted soon, but will feature pork as an ingredient in every dish. Here's a preview of the wine and food:
