When I was in NYC I'd never miss a community managers meetup the information shared was always so valuable and connecting with other community managers was priceless.

So now that I am back in Milwaukee I want to help provide the same resources to Community Managers here.

I have created a Fb group for CM's in Milwaukee https://www.facebook.com/groups/cmgrmke/

and a hashtag for the twitters #cmgrmke for us to connect there as well.

And even though this is a great start, I want to get people in the same room and talk about what "WE" want to make this group be here in Milwaukee, so I have gotten my team at Translator to agree to host a lab on Community Management in Milwaukee for us to brainstorm ideas.

What will be valuable to you in a group like this? When/Where to meet? Who should be involved, etc?
