FOUR SPONSORSHIP LEVELS AVAILABLE

1.  DIAMOND LEVEL Main Event Sponsor

$500 Members / $550 Guests (2 available per event)

•    Your logo prominently displayed on 7000 national e-invitations to media leaders (deadline one month before event unless otherwise approved), on regional e-invitation three times.

•    Six months on the Regional Connection Page of the website at WomenInChristianMedia.com and on the evening program. 

•    Four minutes mic time at the Connection Event (you or someone of your choice). No event promotions please.

•    One product or promotional piece distribution at the event.

•    Reserved seating at the Speakers table with a complimentary dinner.

2.  EMERALD LEVEL Table Sponsor

$300 Members and Guests

•    Underwrite the price of a table of eight for your guests
•    Your logo on the Table Tent  
•    Your name on the evening printed program
•    Your promotional piece in the event bag.   


3.  SAPPHIRE LEVEL Bag Promotional Piece Sponsor

$100 Members / $150 Guests
•    Insert your organization’s promotional piece in the event bags for every attendee (100). May include event promotions. See below for mailing instructions.


4.  RUBY LEVEL Bag Insert Business Card Sponsor

$50 Members * $75 Guests (30 available per event)

•    Insert your business card in the event bags for every attendee (100).

•    One per bag (business card only). See below for mailing instructions.

Note: Once you are a sponsor, you may donate up to

three products for the Drawing prizes.

   Instructions for Sponsors

1. Purchase your sponsorship "ticket" from the list of Ticket Types above.

2. Email your sponsorship information and copy of your EventBrite receipt to Regional Director, Carole Brewer at carolebrewer@womeninchristianmedia.org.

3. DIAMOND and EMERALD Level Sponsors: Please include your logo with the email.

The Regional Director will email the shipping information for your product and/or promotional materials upon receipt of your sponsorship information.
