Join us at the fair for a demonstration of Zumba, a popular workout based on easy Latin-style dance moves. Zumba draws from salsa, merengue, reggaeton and more - no partner required. It's high energy, engaging and fun!  Wear comfortable clothing and exercise footwear and be prepared to move.

Note: We encourage all attendees to be mindful of their physical limitations and safety during the class. In this class, if a series of steps is too fast or difficult for you, or you are not physically comfortable with the movements for any reason, we suggest that you do the routine at half time or simply march in place during that sequence of the class. Please consult with your doctor if you have questions about which type of exercise is best for you.
