As with any code or ordinance, the new Streetscape Design Guidelines are a prerequisite for any design professional doing work in downtown Grand Rapids. Don’t make the mistake of showing up at the City with a design that does not consider these guidelines! Be in the know and stay ahead of the game. Be there for this important learning opportunity, brought to you by your AIA Grand Valley chapter. Besides, it really is cool stuff.
A free CD-R with the new guidelines will given to all in attendance. A box lunch will be provided.
The program is co-hosted by AIA Grand Valley and the Downtown Alliance of Grand Rapids and presented by Robert Petko of Progressive AE and Sharon Evoy of the Downtown Alliance.
