Please join the U.S. Green Building Council-Redwood Empire Chapter for a Green Building Showcase at Hall Winery in St. Helena on the evening of November 19. The Showcase event includes a networking session with food and beverages, including complimentary tasting of Hall wines, followed by a presentation and tour of the winery’s green building features.
Presenters include:
• Mike Reynolds: President – Hall Wines
• Jarrod Denton: Architect – Lail Design Group
Hall Wines in St. Helena recently became the first winery in California to receive the USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification. The project’s green design strategies and achievements include radiant floors, solar energy harvesting, the use of local building materials, drought-tolerant landscaping and water conservation.
