This is a unique opportunity to play in a tournament with a similar formula to “The Greater New York Scholastic Chess Championships!” - America’s longest-running rated scholastic chess tournament

Format:  Four separate, one-day scholastic tournaments, two on Saturday, two on Sunday, each is 5-Round, Swiss-System tournament (everyone play all 5 rounds, no one is eliminated). Each game is 30 minutes per player (Game/30), rated by the United States Chess Federation (USCF). Each championship has 2 sections from, which to choose. Great for beginners - all players receive a national chess rating!  Many will be playing in their first tournament; others, including some of the top youngsters in the Mid-west will be competing for the Championship titles!

Game Times:  10AM, 12 noon, 2PM, 3:30PM & 5:15PM
