He has extensive experience in Registration Reform and advises Portfolio Managers, Investment Fund Managers and Exempt Market Dealers on National Instrument 31-103 requirements, and has developed a registration readiness strategy for clients.  As Chairman of the EMDA, Brian has led a number of strategic initiatives including strengthening the exempt market industry across Canada.
