Event Details
In this four-week class, students will conduct close readings of published poems in order to understand and interpret selected works. Students discover that every word, even every comma, makes a difference in a poem! Students will also practice different styles of reading poetry aloud. This is a poetry appreciation course, not a writing course.
Only current 6-8th graders eligible.
