On November 12th, twelve professional chefs gather to compete in the annual Taste of Elegance – by creating new and innovative ways to menu pork. Hosted by the Oklahoma Pork Council each chef’s dish will be judged on taste, appearance and originality. The winner will then compete at the national level shown on the Food Network.
For $50, the public can enjoy a hearty sample of each pork dish, two glasses of wine and vote for their favorite chef in the People’s Choice Award.
“The quality dishes each chef brings, can easily compete on the national stage and for only $50 a ticket you can enjoy that food and support a worthy, local cause,” said Joseph Royer, chef and owner of Saturn Grill and two-time Oklahoma and National Taste of Elegance winner.
