Join us for the first in a series of classes on cooking with local meats. Learn how to roast a whole chicken with delicious herbs and veggies, how to cut a whole chicken into parts for different recipes, and how to make great chicken stock. Many of these techniques apply to preparing a Thanksgiving turkey, too! Andrea Todd has been teaching and cooking for years and loves to share ideas, tips, and recipes in a hands-on learning environment. She sticks to recipes that taste good, are affordably priced, and easy to make!
