CHILDREN SIS INTERVIEWERS TRAINING (Richmond)

Prequisite: MUST have taken the 2 day Adult SIS Training to register!!

The Supports Intensity Scale was developed over a period of five years with the belief that there should be a tool that looks at the needs, not deficits of people with developmental disabilities. We believe this training will assist you in identifying meaningful, equitable, and targeted supports for persons with developmental Services.
- Participants should have at least 3 months job training as a VA Support Coordinator.
- Participants must have taken the 2 day Adult SIS Training.
REMINDER: Don't forget to bring your White 3 ring binder from previous SC/CM.
AUDIENCE: SC/CM Supervisors, SC Interviewers and Training Centers Staff.
PARKING: The 14th & Cary St deck will be available for parking at a flat rate of $5. Please enter via the Cary St entrance and pay when you exit.
(After you park, make a right on 14th St and walk to Bank St. Make a left on Bank. Walk one block, Jefferson Building on the corner of Governor and Bank St.).
