FALL EXECUTIVE GIRLFRIENDS' GROUP RETREAT - NOVEMBER 19TH AND 20TH
Our fall retreat, which begins on Thursday November 19th at 6pm and ends at 1pm on the 20th, will consist of a very special dinner at Raglan Road at Downtown Disney with Celebrity Chef Kevin Dundon, a private tour of Diana, The People's Princess exhibit and a leisurely morning to network and relax with the "girlfriends" at the Omni Champion's Gate in Orlando, FL.
We chose the Omni, because many EGG members are attending the PhoCusWright conference earlier in the week at the hotel. Also, we have many new EGG members from Tampa and Orlando, so the hotel provides a convenient meeting place on Thursday.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH- PRIVATE TOUR OF DIANA, THE PEOPLE'S PRINCESS EXHIBIT AND DINNER AT RAGLAN ROAD, DOWNTOWN DISNEY
Transportation to/from Omni Hotel - Champion's Gate, Orlando - leaving at 6p, returning at 11p
Private tour of Diana, The People's Princess Exhibit at Downtown Disney, beginning at 630pm (meet us there if you prefer).
Reception and Dinner at Raglan Road, with Celebrity Chef Kevin Dundon - 730pm to 1030pm
There
will be plenty of time to greet old friends, mingle with new friends and enjoy a special creation from UK TV personality, Kevin Dundon (http://uktv.co.uk/food/chef/aid/530824).
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH - BREAKFAST, SPA and RELAXATION - 830am to 1pm
Breakfast with the EGG Board - 830am - 10am
We will meet in one of the villas for a breakfast buffet at 830am.
Spa and Relaxation - 10am - 1pm
At 10am you will be free to explore the spa (with 10% off any treatment), the pools or the golf course.
ACCOMMODATIONS
If you need accommodations at the OMNI, hotel accommodations are begin at $152/night in the main building. The Villas are now sold out.
Rates are 
not
inclusive of state and local taxes or resort fees. The resort fee is an
additional $10 per night and includes transportation to Disney theme
parks, use of the health club and all recreational activities including
the lazy river, pools, tennis, volleyball and basketball, daily
newspaper, local and 800# calls, in-room coffee, high speed Internet
access and evening turndown service (upon request).
There are a number of lower priced properties within a few miles of the hotel, with the Holiday Inn Express in Haines City being the closest. They have rooms for $49 and suites for $80.

We have a limited number of villas available for sharing by our Charter members. This option will open up to the general EGG members after October 15th. The two-bedroom villas will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably
within 1,543-1620 square feet of living space. These spacious
accommodations feature a master bedroom and bath with a king bed and a
second bedroom with one or two beds. Each Villa includes a fully
equipped kitchen, living room, dining room with wet bar, separate den
and a private terrace or balcony.
