Sigma lambda Gamma and Sigma Gamma Rho are Social/Service sororities dedicated to strengthening and empowering communities. The Black Student Union is a organization specifically dedicated to the empowerment of the Black community through a variety of events that address activism and solidarity, and finally, the ACLU-Student Aliance, aims to bring to light racial justice and civil rights isues that effect all students and citizens of the U.S. Together we hope to address the racial justice issue that has dispropotionately affected communities of color throughout the U.S: the Prison System
