You'll learn how to prepare The perfect Sushi rice, washing, cooking and mixing with sushi vinegar.
        How to cook sushi rice without a rice cooker, you don't need extra appliances to make sushi at home
        how to make home made sushi vinegar ( Sushi is tasty without preservatives and artificial sweetners)
        how to prepare veg and raw fish filling for sushi maki roll and how to make thin Sushi roll, Inside out rolls,
        Big rolls, and hand roll. You'll make 5-7 sushi rolls to feed 2-4people incliding Nigiri  sushi 6-10pieces
        Fish slicing techniques for sushi nigiri and how to make sushi nigiri, and gunkan.
        preparing tigar prawns for nigiri.
        Ingredients included, salmon, tuna, prawn, crab sticks, non fish fillings, tofu, fish roe, veg etc

We offer a glass of sake after the class having sushi you made in the class.
All the sushi you produced on the course is for you to take home with bentobox and a Sushi kit, and Sushi Lesson Recipe card with Photos.
