6 YAVA volunteers are needed to help the Prison Book Program with preparation for the Great American Book Drive!
This is a trial run of the massive book drive that will occur on the following day. Volunteers will unpack and sort donations, put together shipping boxes and move boxes of books through this process.
Please keep in mind, these are active tasks involving lifting. No one will be asked to do anything they cannot do, but if you cannot lift at all you may prefer to volunteer at another time.
MBTA-accessible; parking is iffy. RSVP today!
