Hey all you future brides, grooms and bridal party members...its time to get in shape for the  big day. And what better way then to get in shape together!

You and your birdal team will work hard together in a challenging, yet fun atmosphere. Our team of trainers will take you through a rigourous 5 weeks (5 days) of sweat. We will always take into consideration your overall level of fitness...so no stress. Our approach is through having fun challenging games and prizes for the winning team.

So get your party together and get ready to get fit for your special day.

First camp begins Oct 24 and will meet every Saturday at 9am for five weeks.

Camp will be held at Campbell Park, Campbell CA promptly at 9am. Check in time will be between 8-9am.

No walk up registration accepted.
