You are invited to attend a very powerful and empowering seminar in Women's Self-Defense.

The topic for this class will be: attacks from behind.

This class is FREE, but registration is required as we have a class limit of 30.

Women, and girls age 10+, can learn to protect themselves using simple and powerful techniques in this class which are also very easy to remember. The class will finish with applying these techniques full-contact against a live mock attacker in a fully padded suit of armor. Very realistic, very fun, and very empowering.
