Stuart Smylie, Founder and President of College Financial Advisors of America, Inc., is one of two presenters you will hear at our January 18th breakfast program. Stuart is a pioneer in developing college financial aid strategies. He has been helping clients receive additional money for college since 1990. Stuart lectures on the topic of college funding to high schools and organizations. His expertise is often sought by accountants, attorneys and financial professionals.
Our second speaker is Mark J. McCandless, CFP®, CPA. Mark's topic "Tax Update for Planners" will cover the new tax bill law. Under that law, there have been changes to Charitable IRAs, Charitable Contributions, Education Planning, the Kiddie Tax and Retirement Planning. Mark will also cover Hybrid LTC Coverage and key miscellaneous provisions.
