“Continuous effort – not strength or intelligence – is the key to unlocking our potential…“ – Winston Churchill

This foundation-level workshop has been taught to thousands of Fortune 500 employees over the last 20 years.  We are continuously updating our workshop with new tools and research findings.

Our workshop is designed for the operations or support function employee with two jobs: their job and an improvement project assignment.   They learn to work as a rapid results team using one systematic process improvement model.

During the workshop, your employees learn and use the skills and tools needed to complete an improvement project.  We integrate process, lean and six-sigma concepts into an improvement model all employees can use.  During the 10-our simulation, we use our leadership coaching expertise to give the simulation team feedback on their skill development and improvement progress.

Our integrated improvement model, our business coaching experience and the energizing workshop simulation make our workshop one that companies use as their fundamental improvement workshop for all employees.  Develop your employees and empower them to fix persistent process problems.

BLG Partners is also available to Coach Process Teams after the workshop.

We believe in continuous improvement, and are constantly incorporating what we learn and discover into our products and services.

We put research into practice.
