Implementing and Evaluating Health Behavior Interventions
Thank you for using online registration for the Claremont Graduate University symposium on "Implementing and Evaluating Health Behavior Interventions." Please complete the form below.
Online registration may be done in one of two secure ways:

After registering, you will receive three confirmation e-mails:
1) Confirmation of registration
2) Confirmation of payment
3) Driving directions & schedule (sent within 1 week of registration by Claremont Graduate University)

Claremont students, faculty, and staff who register and do not pay $15 for lunch will not receive payment confirmation from Paypal.
Cancellations received before 5 pm (PST) on Friday, March 16, 2006 will receive full reimbursement, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after that date are subject to non-reimbursement.
