An introductory lecture by Adelaide Thinker in Residence Fred Hansen 
 

Fred Hansen is a world leader in the field of transport and integrated land use and renowned for his innovative approach to the provision of public transport. Fred is General Manager of TriMet, the public transport provider in Portland, Oregon, USA and a former Deputy Administrator of the US Environmental Protection Agency under President Clinton.
 
In his residency, Fred will challenge traditional development patterns for Adelaide, through informed debate, fostering critical thinking and innovative action on integrated transport, urban form and planning, to develop the vibrant Adelaide we all want.
